You lent to a friend, and you can't ask
You gave the money, and asking for it back feels awkward. On the return date, denaPe reminds the person who owes you on WhatsApp. If you added an email, you get a note that the reminder was sent.
Money you gave, money you took, credit you extended. A business gets its own book. Both sides see the same list.
Use the mobile number on your WhatsApp. The person who still has to return the money gets the reminder there, and by email too if an address is saved.
